The wall-crawler returns to the Kingpin's skyscraper, but again runs into the pesky Spot! While Spider-Man fights the Spot, the Black Cat confronts the Kingpin and learns the tragic secret of her bad luck powers. A dejected Felicia elects not to attack the massive crime boss, but a few minutes later...the Spectacular Spider-Man does! It's a great slugfest between the Kingpin and the web-slinger!
