My breakdown of issue 48
This issue was a fun read; with Wonder Woman being taken by the Star Sapphires (annual 2) Jason is left alone to fight the Dark Gods, clearly out of his depths he is aided with the help of the Justice League. Unfortunately the combined might of the JL was enough to awaken the last Dark God, the leader King Best by absorbing the JL and again leaving Jason alone. Right as the issue ends Wonder Woman reappears ready to fight by Jason’s side.
