Owner's Description
Neal Adams Cover! A story about older people trying to cheat old age. Neal Adams pulls off a less "super-hero fight scene" type of story, while Batman plays Detective! Not that the Batman is against being young, but these older people seem to be resulting in an ultimate demise. People in droves are seeking the source of what is thought to be "a cure" for being old, and the Batman has learned not all is what it seems. The older are too focused on their goal, they don't realize the cost of what they're finding to be a cure. They will get what they want, the result being of a more permanent nature than they would have hoped. Unfortunately, these are the RIP of the plot. I bought this slab for a cool $150, on eBay! There was a lot of buzz around Neal Adams, and for a long time, I obtained what I could. Saving money has been a part of the issue, and may be needed again, as these issues post Neal's passing aren't looking as easy to find. Not only price but in collectors' grade, an 8.0 is doing well within my collection.
Who knows what lurks or is sealed away? If they say "He" is here or there, don't follow nor go, as the instinct in Spirit will reside in the gut!
Complete with a back cover picture of a Prescreen movie pass, that I saw before released publicly featuring THE dungeons best known!?! Dungeons and Dragons! A family friendly entity of a movie that begs the question, "Honor Among Thieves?!?"
Grader Notes:
bend left top of back cover;
crease left bottom of front cover breaks color;
crease right top of front cover breaks color;
spine stress lines breaks color.
