My breakdown of issue 46
The Dark Gods Story arc starts in this issue With the Cheetah breaking free of her prison and on the move to kill Dr. Cale. Wonder Woman of course stops her but Dr. Cale disappears followed by Cheetah. Turns out that people all over the planet have started fighting and rioting due to a lack of their faith and saying that the Dark Gods are coming and will be the true Gods. Meanwhile Jason finds and rescues Glaucus the man that raised him. Glaucus is in awe of Jason’s new armor and how it radiates the aura from all the Greek Gods. At the end of the issue Wonder Woman is attacked by Super Girl as she says Rao is dead Wonder Woman, and you’re next. So it looks as if whatever is affecting everyone doesn’t exclude those with powers.
