Issue #39 is an 80-page DC Giant, which automatically makes it more collectible. This issue reprints stories from Brave and Bold #28, Brave and Bold #30 and JLA #5.
I previously owned the Pacific Coast 9.6 copy of this book, but when the opportunity arose to acquire the single highest graded copy, we swapped our 9.6 plus cash and acquired this beauty from a personal friend and fellow collector in 2019. I paid an awful lot for this one and probably should have just let it go to auction, but least the money went to a friend and he paid a lot for it, as we were competing for it at auction when he bought it. Hopefully, it will remain single highest graded for a long time.
