Part 4 (of 4) and conclusion of the Judas Contract Storyline; "Death" of Terra. Absolutely great story! Frankly, the pinnacle arc of this title, which, at the time, competed with Marvel's Uncanny X-Men in terms of sales. So, what does DC do with this uber-successful title? It changes its name (from "New Teen Titans" to "Tales of the Teen Titans," starts re-running stories at issue 59, and creates a brand new title with the old name on "Baxter" paper (New Teen Titans (1984)) with a jacked up price and little continuity). What the ?!X?!! Appreciate Marv Wolfman's continuity with this title . . . his stories were the best. Should have kept the title, just saying. Hard to find in high grade. Signature series book purchased from comic-sutra on ebay, 11/19. Unique book signed by Marv Wolfman, 1/25/15, and then double-signed (see regular signature at top, and artist's signature on bottom left) and sketch by George Perez, 2/13/15. Two artists at the top of their game. Happy to add this treasure to my collection.
