My breakdown of issue 27
This issue was basically a short story line that continues from last issue with Wonder Woman saving people when the bomb exploded at the wedding. Etta gets hurt and Wonder Woman fly’s her to Dr. Crawford at Langley for medical treatment.
Dr. Crawford saves Etta and then attacks Wonder Woman with a serum that weakens her. During Wonder Woman’s weakened condition the Dr. takes Wonder Woman’s blood and injects herself as a way to save herself from a dying disease. They battle and the Dr. starts to lose the power and kills herself in the end.
At the end of the issue Wonder Woman is bed side with Etta and the last panel shows a new villain looking at a screen of Wonder Woman with a banner that says Wanted Dead or Alive, this villain says she’s good with dead.
