My breakdown of issue 73
As Wonder Woman, Maggie and Antlantiades find themselves in dimension Chi a dimension created by Queen Hyppolyta as a place that is mirrored darkly by her devil’s advocate of a double. Within this issue we are giving a flash back to the first time Wonder Woman was here as a child imprisoned my Empress Hyppolyta and engaged in a contests of skills with Queen Hyppolyta trying to free Dianna as the prize. During the final contest the area is under attack by Atomia forcing both Empress Hyppolyta and Queen Hyppolyta to take up arms against their attackers. In the end the Amazons won and freedom was restored to all, and we learn that dimension Chi in fact is nothing more than a proving grounds then a dark place that is tethered to Queen Hyppolyta’s mind, this means that the Queen and the Amazon’s must be alive and close by.
