Heritage auction win from June 2021, upgrading from a CGC 9.4. My copy, a Boston pedigree, is tied with 4 others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC Census...but it cost me. Someone else really wanted this book and kept bidding me up and I ended up paying much more than I ever would've anticipated. In May 2018, the Rocky Mountain CGC 9.8 went in the Heritage auction at less than half ($2,275.50 w/BP) of what I paid, so probably not my best move.
This issue represents the fifth!! Flash team-up in the series' run, this time with the Spectre. The Spectre would next appear in just 3 issues, teaming up next with the Batman, at which point the series shifts to Batman only team-ups.
