For Universal copies: out of a total of 833 Universal copies graded, only 281 copies were graded in 9.8 with ONLY 1 copy graded higher in 9.9! This represents a rarity factor of 33.73% of the total population.
However, this is the much RARER Newsstand Edition Variant, which means that you can estimate that ONLY 2-4% of all 9.8s are Newsstand Edition copies!

Published in November of 1982, Frank Miller rendered a stunning Black Widow cover in which she is featured on a gigantic spiderweb embracing Daredevil from behind, with one hand on his forehead and the other on his chest! In addition, the bright yellow Daredevil logo POPS with the black, red, white, and light blue inks, and coordinates especially well with the yellow CGC Signature Series label!
In closing, I purchased this PERFECTLY WRAPPED & CENTERED Newsstand Edition Variant copy from Comic Link’s Focused Auction in March of 2022! I am super proud to own this immaculate copy and look forward to watching it appreciate each year!
