Story:

And once again he needs assistance from the Spectacular Spider-Man! But this web-slinger (aka Ben Reilly) doesn't know the Wisp! Nevertheless inside the Iron Rock maximum security installation, the wall-crawler helps the Wisp break free from Dr. Jonas Harrow's control!
