Time will tell. I believe this Marvel is from India and takes on the role as a kid. I know the actress in the film said she admired MS Marvel most of all, so she's perfect for the role. She had been a fan as long as alive, as she is still a kid. That would make the experience all the more exciting and genuine, hopefully these attributes play well for the future of comics. No matter how many multiverses, we need a core following to sustain and attract any newcomers. Those green and yellow covers do seem like a theme throughout my collection.
