Finding this issue in decent shape was quite annoying! I don't consider the issue to be particularly rare in lower grades, but to find a nice copy with this white cover proved to be very difficult!
So I saw this copy raw at the 2007 San Diego Comic Con at Steven Ritter's booth and offered to buy it from him. He told me it wasn't for sale and that he was submitting these for a customer to CGC to put in an Phillip Weiss auction. I waited and looked high and low for this book for more than six months before finding it in an upcoming Phillip Weiss auction. My perseverence paid off and I won the book. A really nice copy!
