Owner's Description

Circus Cover! The attraction of the main event, featuring the X-men! It is UNCANNY! These are the feats, and these are the people doing the impossible. Mesmero and Magneto appearance. Who didn't think of using "mutants" as a theatrical event back then, whether in the galaxies or right at home on earth. These were considered freaks of nature to the humans, and they did everything they could to show their displeasure in having them around. Except when they were knowingly rescued, then they were grateful, and the hate died down a little bit. All in a day's work for the stigma riddled area where the X-men live, called earth lol. The entire planet saw it as something to be exploited and ruined. Still, time to be rid of the carnival and on to the real issues, but it all seems thinly veiled as the same construct in attrition of the mutant kind and what that universe thinks they represent!

Complete with a back cover picture of Magneto the Master of Magnetism! Other villains took advantage of this stigma, which water would easily overcome, and even sometimes, mutants would betray mutants if it would get them ahead in life and fulfill their goals, unfortunately.
