Owner's Description

Issue #75 features the first appearance of Dinah Laurel Lance, the Black Canary, in the JLA. The storyline itself is a retelling of recent events by Green Arrow and Black Canary and is thus an atypical JLA plot line.

Our WP 9.8 comes from the John Fantucchio Collection and is the single highest graded copy in the census with just two 9.6s. We originally acquired this book in a highly competitive CL auction on 9/23/2017-translation, we overpaid. We later traded this book to a friend and fellow collector in a very complicated book exchange. We finally reacquired the book in 2020 from the same collector/friend.*
