This book has been graded Near Mint+ 9.6 by CGC. It has also retained newsstand-fresh White Pages, adding to its quality. Cover centering is close to perfect, which is hard to find. Currently there are 5 books in 9.8 and 16 in 9.6, am I was happy to add this book to my collection. Many of the top 21 books do not have pure white pages and nice cover centering.
Cover pencils were done by Gil Kane, with inks by Joe Sinnott.
Story content of the book:
"To End In Flame!", with script by Roy Thomas and Gerry Conway, and - most importantly to me - pencils by Barry Windsor-Smith [as Barry Smith], - and inks by Sal Buscema; in the story Ka-Zar uncovers the truth that Heinrich Draco and Captain Christopher, the leaders of the two warring factions in New Britannia, know that the war is over and are prolonging it for their own reasons.
There's a Stan Lee's Soapbox included too.
