The portal opens up to take the X-men on a journey, but can the Phoenix be trusted? With the Firelord quite literally hot on their trail, Xavier has to think fast to say whether they should enter and journey on or not! Phoenix somewhat being controlled by Jean Grey in this issue, there are some ramifications that take place to whether that proves useful or not, as well. Time for the X-men to kick it into high gear and get the lead out, as space is calling, and destiny awaits! Indeed a 35 center well worth the trouble, bought from eBay and taken while marked down a bit at $492 shipped. It takes all kinds when it comes to the X-men, and only #106 of the 35 centers left to get! Being not only the last of the 35 centers needed, but the last of the X-men Phoenix Price Variants needed period the end, to pick up!
Complete with a back cover picture of a 90's Marvel Fleer Ultra Card showing of what they'd like to do after nearly 100+ issues of turmoil! Scott and Jean are always joking they'd like a "summer" getaway, for their namesake wedding in the 90's they almost do!
