Kraven's Last Hunt Part 6 of 6
Script by J.M. DeMatteis. Art by Mike Zeck (breakdowns) and Bob McLeod (finishes). Story continues from Amazing Spider-Man 294. The hunt is almost over. Kraven is dead, but Vermin is still on the loose. Spider-Man must suppress his fears and enter the sewer to find Vermin. Can the web-slinger match Vermin's savagery and bring the rat-like killer to justice? It's an uplifting finale for the Amazing Spider-Man! (Note: This six-issue saga was reprinted as a trade book titled "Kraven's Last Hunt" in both 1989 and 2006.) 32 pages Cover price $0.75.
SPECIAL NOTES:
This book is unique, and it features the rare "Mark Jewelers Insert" in addition it is a Newsstand, The Mark Jeweler examples, included a four page color insert. The rumor is, these books were distributed near U.S. military bases, both at home and abroad. The Mark Jeweler inserts allowed servicemen to purchase jewelry and engagement rings for good quality at a low cost. Nobody knows for sure, the ratio of Mark Jeweler examples to the standard but it is assumed they were produced in very limited quantity. The examples that survived are very hard to locate in high grade. Mark Jeweler examples are related to UNICORNS in the comic book world.
