Owner's Description

1st appearance of Scud. Rob Schrab story, cover & art. Remembering the 1990's fondly might bring to memory, indie books, which I'm calling this issue of brilliance. It takes us back to a jolt of art that may seem to innovate, but more importantly reminds us of the type of video game technology that was rampant. Taking those capabilities and transferring them to comic book format, reminds us of the simplistic computer action and technology that kept it riveted and pioneering. The 1st appearance of seemingly an assassin such as Scud, tells us what people thought of the market and the formidable future at the time. Going on to video game fame along with creator and artist moving on to big names in cinema and etc. themselves, it is all about humble beginnings! That which captivated the industry even in just one-off fashion but meant future nostalgia to this collector! This grade turned out much better than I thought, bought raw at Comic-Con 2023 for $90 cash on Sunday, the last bit of dough that I had to spend. Then the cost to slab, so all in at $122!

Complete with a back cover picture of the "screen" at the prescreen of, "Top Gun: Maverick!" Behold a mechanical army, some are battery operated, but all are being taken to the sky for the "impossible" mission that is to "cruise" on toward the battlefield of the "market and FMV", and make some success happen! Those honored with a goal and or service are making the loops and flights of fancy, all will bottle rocketing the atmosphere! SCUD's!
