Owner's Description

Anti-drug story concludes. Denny O'Neil story, Neal Adams and Dick Giordano art, and Neal Adams cover! Having done some recovery myself, along with others I've known, the tale at the end of a rainbow isn't always pretty. A higher power helps and gets all the glory, if it can dawn on oneself to achieve the submission to call out! Being a personal hero to oneself is knowing that to be dependent and dependable is through the obedient sacrifice of one who was without blemish. I speak only of Christ, who was human as well as God, and can sympathize and even show empathy with what ails us and pull us out of ourselves supernaturally. In short it takes a village, and the One and only that creates for a purpose, we are found and conformed in Him. Morals are the straight and narrow, as the Bible is discussed, but it doesn't make you high and mighty, as we all fall short! Neal giving an open-ended story to what is possible if left to one's own desires i.e. naturally being a human and imperfect!

AS2 I remember the television in the 80's and 90's thinking it was hard to believe that people shared needles. D.A.R.E. Thank you Mrs. Reagan!

Complete with a back cover picture of issue #83, where the problem is psychological in nature, seemingly. The child wouldn't be fun to have to defeat in fisticuffs or usual manner, creating a quandary of sorts. Seems that they were trying to be thought provoking back-to-back! Could it be a Neal Adams and Denny O'Neil think tank?

Grader Notes;
very light spine stress lines to cover.
