Owner's Description
1st Normie Osborn. Signed and Sketched by Joe Rubenstein on 12/17/10! A spider for all ages! As Osborn's go this birth needs action to keep the Goblins away. I met Rubenstein at the Fan Expo Dallas Con in 2019, he did a fine piece of sketch-work on a blank backing board, he dubbed it a "Happy Logan" Sketch! Not specifically a signature series slab, so here I rectified that by picking up this sketch signature series in 9.8! I was definitely hesitant to get a sig from Joe at the con, as it was the last of my money, but he came through and so I picked up a SS label later after meeting in person. This one was done in 2010. I needed to try and commemorate that person-to-person experience, but this time in signature series. I can't get over that crazy Doctor Octopus like Spidey contraption! It looks good from Rubenstein! Love the swing from overhead too. Swing low sweet chariot. The Osborn's have done it again, in a birth that is, and later to play out with the Red Goblin, tempting, don't do it Normie!?! Keep that honor and bring it back for your family's sake. Wax on, wax off, Normie son.
Wristbands carve out stamps for prescreens.
Complete with a back cover picture of the poster I got from the prescreen of, "Mary Poppins!" A modern iteration that again shows us to love our elders as children! Poor Normie here in this issue will have a hard road ahead, and while adults and or parents might 'know what is best", they do not always teach by example in that direction. Welcome to the world Baby Normie "Osborn!?!"
