The 750th Issue

From her first appearance in All Star Comics #8 in 1941, to her ascendency into the Trinity of DC Comics with Batman and Superman, Wonder Woman has been a key figure in the DC Universe.

This Princess of Themyscira, originally introduced as an American patriot, receives the well-deserved royal treatment seen bestowed upon the other members of DCs premier triumvirate of heroes. Much like Action Comics #1000 and Detective Comics #1000, Wonder Woman #750 received a feature release from DC, with a myriad of publisher and retailer variant covers.

Getting to issue #750 has taken a more winding road than the other two landmark issues, with a few different volumes being published over the years, but this honour is an important milestone in the comic universe.

William Moulton Marston (pen name Charles Moulton) - creator
Steve Orlando - writer
Adam Hughes - cover. (42)
