Owner's Description

Finally the "Saga of the Alien Costume" comes to a head! Since Spidey got the costume in the Secret Wars event odd things have been happening, and now we know why. Ron Frenz epitomizes this struggle Peter has been having on this cover. Oddly enough this is an issue that has no UPC box for direct issues, which is fantastic.

Of other note: we've got a Hobgoblin appearance too! He meets with the Rose and makes a proposal. According to the MCP this is a flashback, but it seems to me this meeting was more of in-the-moment, so I'm placing this in the standard timeline between 257 and 259.

Key Comments: Spider-Man's new costume revealed to be an alien symbiote. Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch, Black Cat & Hobgoblin appearance.
