One of the most poignant issues of one of my favorite Spidey stories ever.

Tonight Doc Ock is coming to kill Spidey and the woman he cares for, but he's giving him 24 hours to say goodbye to everyone he loves first. These are those hours. He bounces around to see Aunt May, his friends, even visits Uncle Ben's grave. But later on that night, his doom comes calling!

Milgrom totally delivers on this cover too. You get the tone, the point, the villain, the drama.
