Owner's Description
Part 3 "A Death in the Family" story. "Death" of Robin II (Jason Todd). Superman appearance. Jim Starlin story. Jim Aparo & Mike DeCarlo art. Mike Mignola cover. It isn't so much the rest of the story nor a break in the plot of action, but by strength 80 years for a story like these in times that this "mail in" request dresses the table and abacus. It has tolled for the lambs and likes of Robin. That takes some breath to breathe and speak of the parted soul in this generation by the "back combing over" of "ratting or teasing" that is life's envelope for this, again, mail-in requested demise. Love not unto death as there is one that I do not say that you should pray for, but by bearing each other we fellow labor for the correction and sufficing to believe by the resurrection. All the parts being played are for the minds of readers in order to keep up with the fervor and burning attributes. Taking the response in responsibility of reflecting Batman's tutelage, is seeing it as a printer's tape rocker like action in distribution and getting it out the door. Those illustrations still speak into volumes of Robin's character at the time, ages ago and forward, and so on into the future with worthy descriptions to later depictions.
Completing the show of resilience between the Batman, in a back cover picture, and his long list of students (including Spawn)) as character essentials that illustrate a demise that may seem as inevitable, as the teaching they are brought up by when they face it day to day and night by night. It helps them sleep peacefully to take one for the team as freedom isn't free and often like spit or a batarang to the eye, but such is some sort of humility when being taken and given for the right response in ability and or attitude of outdoor rescuing and venturing.
