This same book was purchased twice. First, probably around 2010 off of eBay when I was trying to build CGC graded ASM issues with the Lizard in the quest for the 9.8. Probably around $30ish with shipping.
In summer of 6/2021 I sold a fair chunk of my collection to Comics on the Green when I was let go from my job due to pandemic cuts.
Today, 7/10/25 four years and a bit over a month to the day I was going through the slab section and to my surprise I found it. I'm assuming it went to the back storage room and was recently brought out to the shelves as I make it a point to check the cheap slab section for potential Signature Series future opportunities. $35 Checking old photos on the computer proved it was indeed my book as the serial number matched!
This time, it will stay in the collection and will be signature series one day.

Rich Henn took it to DC Awesome Con to have Chris Bachalo sign on 3/14/26.
