Owner's Description
Part 1 of "Missing in Action" sees Pete and Joy Mercado head on out on assignment to Virginia to cover a factory closure.
To make a long story short, someone is paying off the locals to act like nothing is going on while performing experiments on a boy kidnapped from the town.
