The first issue of the greatest series ever? Unlikely. Anyways, the PM of Canada informs the dude that is Vindicator basically that Alpha Flight is no more. Vindicator is sad, flies off to tell his hot wife the sad news. A little while after that is he is kicking back at home, Vindicator gets a call, saying something is odd in NWT, so of course he has to go check it out, cause nothing ever happens up there. He finds some giant earth monster that is called Tundra. Vindi's wife, thinking her hubby can't handle whats going on, even though she isn't there, activates a beacon that summons the members that were in Alpha Flight. All the members who are all over the country heed the call and show up at nearly the same time. Either flying there on their own, showing up on a water spout, or in the Sasquatch's case, an army helicopter. They eventually defeat Tundra, and realizing how well they work together, all get back together as Alpha Flight! Which is fortunate cause that is what the comic is called. It is the first appearance of Marrina, and the vertically challenged Puck, because lets face it, can't have a Canadian super hero team without some kind of hockey reference.
