This is actually a Steve Ditko cover, with no other internal input by Frank Miller. Somebody can tell me why someday.
The cover has same title format as 161, and this issue is actually pretty hard to get in 9.8, although some folks may not have tried so hard as it isn't a "official" Miller issue.
This was the second one I found, and was much better cenetered than my first one. Expect to pay $125 bucks plus for a nice 9.8WP's, actually expect to pay more if ya really really want one, as only 12 issues are graded at 9.8, and none are SS, making this by definition the rarest of the Miller 158-191 era DD issues. January 1980.
My nice one is locked up in storage, so all I can give is the CGC number and a stock cover photo.
