Chesire appearance, and she is magnificent! Titanstower.com, which I absolutely respect and which is great if you're a Teen Titans fan, has this issue as the First Appearance of Azrael (see my comments on issues 52 and 53 below). However, all you see is a shadow of a man encased in ice ... not an appearance in my opinion (or according to the CGC graders' notes). Purchased from Reynold Jay's Back Issue Comix.
