"Gangwar!"

The mag opens with Daredevil tied up and underwater at the water main he was dumped in last issue. "I wake up in the strangest places," he grimaces. Finding his way out and avoiding a group of vagabonds, DD goes right back to Josie's Bar. There he finds Turk daydreaming about the fame now rightfully his for having snuffed Daredevil. Next page Turk is quickly providing a synopsis of the Kingpins return and now is under our hero's thumb.

We now find Mr. Fisk in sub basement no. 12 planning how to disrupt the narcotics trade of his former lieu's. Over at said ex-flunkies, Bullseye lays out his conditions for finding and eliminating the Kingpin.

While Kingpin works out, Turk rushes in and begins the set up. The files DD wants are immediately moved by Lynch, but intercepted. As ol' Hornhead delivers the files to the police it's revealed that either DD can't read or is blind since the contents are just old newspapers!

Meanwhile Bullseye's attempt at getting the Kingpin proves to be another set up which almost ends his career. As he then confronts his bosses the Kingpin arrives and informs everyone that the war is over and he has won. He rationalizes that Bullseye won't really kill him since no one can really afford his prices not except the Kingpin. As the lieu's a marched out Lynch comes in and is finally taken to task for having apparently caused Vanessa's death. He gets a shot off but is ultimately fatally beaten by an enraged Kingpin.

Daredevil gets a tip from a street walker that there is a big meeting happening. DD finds the site, turns out the lights and waits for Bullseye in the basement. Weapons are quickly employed and discarded. It's hand to hand combat resulting in both men having their hands around the others throat. Bulls passes out and the Kingpin is there. He hands over the files DD wanted knowing he will only rebuild his organization stronger. Daredevil stalks off with the files and an unconscious Bullseye admitting that Kingpin has won this round.

Epilogue:
A woman wanders the sewers. She is looking for food. She has no memory, but she was once the Kingpin's wife!
