Plot Synopsis: Elektra is asked by Hydra to kill Iraqi leader Saddam Abed Dasam, a job originally given to her by SHIELD. When she turns them down Hydra sends the Silver Samurai after her.
Notes: I purchased this book slabbed in an EBay auction. This specific issue replaces a 9.6 which was the first Elektra book I had in this set, no doubt the same book that started everyone else off as well. The 9.6 in turn was sold again in another EBay auction, I believe for a little less than what I had purchased it for in the first place. Immediately after I had purchased the 9.8, a Signature Series 9.8 (can't remember who signed it) came up and ended up selling for less than the one I had bought unsigned. Personally I don't touched signed books; to me a signature is a defect, even if it's worth more points for my registry set.
I've never seen this book raw; I have no idea what the nude panel looks like.
