Notes: I purchased this book slabbed in an EBay auction. Unfortunately the case was cracked along the seam and I'll have to have it re-holdered, if not re-graded. Of course this issue was not noted in the auction's description and I probably should have sent it back, especially since I had purchased issue #004 at the same time from the same seller, and it had problems too.
