I believe Metal Men 38 is the last issue where the legendary Mike Esposito looks like he gets full inker credit. I have to laugh at this cover "On a Witch Hunt - 1969". Does any of that phrase sound familiar today?? This is the only appearance of the "Coven of Seven" villains. This also has one of my favorite pedigrees, the Twin Cities Pedigree.
This is the first of four issues where "The Startlingly New Metal Men" title is on the cover.
I also own a 8.5 WP from the Brad Squared Collection acquired 01/06/2013...this collection was not a pedigree, but I believe from an estate sale with not much verification, although some nice issues.
