I had purchased multiple copies hoping that I could crack a book to gain a signature changing the status but still having a back up. A few books I took the chance without a net, like my Annual #1. My first issue purchased was the Golden State copy acquire by World Wide Comics and from World Wide comics. I felt the backup copy had the best chance to retain. I cracked it for the NYCC 2012. This is where I added Chris Claremont and Bill Sienkiewicz to the cover transforming blue to yellow. OK it took almost four months to get back.
At first the story didn't seem to go anywhere, but then you find out there's more. Somehow, someway it fits in with Cloak and Dagger. And the thing is I wasn't even confused. At the age of 12 I was able to see that if I wanted more of the story all I had to do was check out Marvel Team Up Annual #6. Marvel didn't have to start over at a new Number one....sigh.
