A reprint of Conan the Barbarian issues 2 and 4, but the Barry Smith cover illustration is unique and very nice ;-)
Currently (November 2013) there are 9 CGC 9.8 books of Conan the Barbarian Annual #1. I know of these 6 books:

I have photos/scans of these 6 books, and 1027548007 may indeed be considered the book with most perfect cover centering and orientation.
