Well, Cyclops appears to be in for a rough day at the office...
For a book that cost me $18 ungraded, I won't complain about a 7.5. This copy was signed by artist Tom Palmer on 9/7/2014 at the Baltimore Comic Con. Thanks go out to eBay seller rjd2000 for this one.
