Clearly, someone in accounting decided that Wolverine and Gambit needed their FY 1991 uniform budgets cut.
I've been halfheartedly chasing a copy of this book for about a decade since I like the Wolverine vs. Gambit battle cover, but copies always seemed to be overpriced. Finally I found this copy that was priced on par with other issues from the same time period, so I grabbed it right away. As for the details, it was signed by writer Chris Claremont on 6/13/2014 and artist Jim Lee on 7/2/2014.
