(If you started reading at 182)...bringing us to "second cheapest" of the set!
Incredible Hulk 180 in 9.6/white pages was a snap to acquire in 2016. And I did just that. But what kept nagging at me was how few 9.8 copies I saw for sale. eBay had one consistently listed for like $12 stacks, which was an absurd price, but you rarely saw a 9.8 copy listed for auction or at a reasonable BIN. Finally I consulted the all knowing oracle (the census) for more info and saw how few 9.8 copies were really out there.
Fast forward to summer 2017, and this copy was listed in the ComicLink auction du jour. I decided to win. Which I obviously accomplished. Granted this particular copy doesn't have that pristine white pages rating, but I'm not going to complain.
In conclusion -- WENDIGO!!!

And here we are. The gem. Grail. Key. Whatever you want to call it, our hero makes his first full comic book appearance.
The song remains the same -- 9.6, white page copy acquired. The only problem was that 181's were batshit crazy appreciating at the time. So the 9.6 later fell in the ever running battle of capitalism vs. collectorism.
But...ta-da! Here's my new 9.4! Admittedly I've bought several copies at varying grades in order to ride the price wave, but this might ultimately end up being my keeper. I'm at the point where I'm not sure I can devote THAT much money to one comic, like a 9.8 181 for example. Time will tell...

One of the most iconic and imitated covers ever. What more can I say about that?
The reason I bought this particular copy, besides the obvious allure of the issue itself, was the signature placement by all the contributors -- artist Todd McFarlane on 11/6/2014, writer Peter David on 2/15/2015, and finally artist Bob Wiacek on 4/11/2015.
Huge thanks go out to Rich Henn for this one!
