2nd Highest Grade. 3rd Silver Age Green Lantern appearance. (This is one of my favorite GL covers because of its early nuclear-era giant "monster" covers, similar to the unique Green Lantern #8 and #34 covers. It is also extraordinarily illustrative of the weakness of Green Lantern's power ring against the color yellow.) STORY 1: When top-secret plane plans are lifted from Hal Jordan’s pocket, Green Lantern traces a spy ring down to a museum. STORY 2: Green Lantern faces a monster made of cosmic rays, against which even his ring seems useless.
