Highest (and only) graded copy of any issue in the entire series! These extremely condition sensitive 225 page books with their thick stock/cardboard covers and thin almost newsprint interior pages are virtually impossible to find above 9.2. This is the only one currently graded 9.4 or above in the entire 1976 Series.
As child I found this exact book way back in 1983 at a small local comic book show while going through boxes a Sci-fi type dealer had under the table. Loved the front cover, so I paid the $2 dollars, a large sum for me at the time. When I got it home I stored it away in a Thick Freezer Bag :) Many years later I found out how scarce these books are in high grade. Glad even that as child I thought to protect it. Submitted it for CGC grading a few years back and it now sits on display in my home office protected from UV exposure.
