The building depicted is 317 W 14th St, New York, NY 10014.
The site is that of Lovecraft’s story “Cool Air.”
Alan Moore signed 210 Signature Series books of this issue, of which 192 of them were graded 9.8.

This is my personal favorite of the Century Editions done for issue 11 and it was the first one Avatar sold out of.

This is the rarest issue of Providence.
It was only available as a top tier, "Master of Aklo" reward for the Providence- Art Book and Complete Slipcase Set Kickstarter.
It was solicited as the "Providence #12 Platinum Leather, limited to 33 copies, graded by CGC 9.8 or better!" No UNGRADED copies of this have been made available.
The CGC census lists 35 of these as graded. One is graded 9.6 so presumably wasn't included in the Kickstarter and might have either been re-submitted or held onto by someone at Avatar.
The cover portrays Shadrach Annesley, Increase Orne, and Tobit Boggs. All three first appear in issue 3 of Providence.

The Red Leather edition of Providence #11 (or Blood Red Leather as it was listed in solicits) was limited to only 350 copies.
It was released March 31st 2017 and retailed for $24.99.
