With a staggering 5-part storyline, "The Last Ronin" has become a phenomenon among comic enthusiasts worldwide. This collection is a testament to my dedication and passion, as I've meticulously assembled all the different variants of this remarkable series.

Comprising a staggering 229 different variant copies for this series, this collection stands as a testament to the unwavering love for "The Last Ronin." Each issue has been painstakingly acquired, with a remarkable focus on signature series editions, further enhancing the value and authenticity of the collection.

Curiously, it was this series that rekindled the my passion for comics. After reading issue 2 by chance, they were instantly captivated, embarking on a thrilling journey to acquire every variant. However, obtaining the highly sought-after issue 1 proved to be a challenge, as the 80 different variants had mostly sold out by the time, I'd joined the pursuit.

Fortuitously, fate intervened when the I discovered a fellow enthusiast named Thad Crawford in Ben Bishop's discord group. Thad, in possession of a dual-signed collection of issue 1 and 2 by the creators Kevin Eastman and Tom Waltz, was preparing to send them to CGC for grading. A shrewd negotiation led to the acquisition of this exceptional collection at a negotiated price.

Undeterred by the scarcity of earlier issues, I continued to procure subsequent instalments, eagerly pre-ordering each edition. However, as the series progressed, it became apparent that the initial fervour had waned, and acquiring the books became increasingly accessible. My unwavering commitment remained evident, even amidst the challenges posed by living in Australia. Sleepless nights due to time zones and heightened postage costs due to COVID-19 added an additional layer of dedication to my quest.

The ongoing mission is to have every variant of "The Last Ronin" graded by CGC with a minimum rating of 9.6 or above. A few cherished issues have already been earmarked for a press and clean, ensuring they reach their full potential. With the end of 2023 in sight, the I aim to complete the entire collection by that time, mindful of the time-consuming process involved in securing the coveted magazine tier.

Anticipating the grand culmination of my passionate endeavour, I envision hosting an exhibition in Australia. This exhibition will showcase the entire "The Last Ronin" collection at a convention centre, allowing fans of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, as well as avid 80s movie enthusiasts, to bask in the splendour of this comprehensive assembly of comics.
