Set Description:

I've admired Jim's work since I was a kid during his Uncanny X-Men days. Uncanny X-Men #268 is still one of my all-time favourites.

I initially started out by collecting raw copies of Jim's covers. I actually have raw copies of all of the books listed in this set, (except some of the international titles), but then the CGC bug bit me and well, here we are. I aim for 9.8 copies (don't we all) but settle (sometimes begrudgingly) for what the CGC gods give me. I’m always looking to upgrade.

Along the way I have managed to get my hands on some pretty rare and hard to find books. There a few 9.9s and a couple of 10s in this set. There are also over 175 books signed by Jim (and counting).

This set includes a number of incentive variants as well. In these situations retailers would have had to order a specific number of books before being able to order the incentive variant. In some cases making these books extremely hard to find, especially during Jim's Wildstorm days. The incentive variants are notated as "1:10", "1:50", etc. and reflects the number of regular issues a retailer would have had to order before being able to order the incentive variant.

I've managed to complete 9.8 runs for a few titles including All-Star Batman & Robin, Punisher War Journal, Batman (regular Hush titles), Dark Knight: Master Race, Uncanny X-Men, X-Men, to list a few. I continue to work on a few more.
