The Watcher tells us that there are other worlds in the multiverse including those where Steven Strange had not followed the path of The Ancient One for the side of good. We are reminded that subtle alternate choices can have large ripple effects. Here we see battles with Dormammu, Eternity and the Ancient One...

As Matt Murdock mourns over Elektra's grave (Daredevil #182), the Watcher comes by to tell him what would have happened if Bullseye had been killed during his escape from prison. Elektra still spares Foggy, so the Kingpin puts out a hit on her for her betrayal. To escape, she and Matt leave New York to find a new life for themselves.
Some time in the middle ages, a sorcerer named Ebrok magically evolved cats and treated them as his children, but his colleagues were displeased by the new race's lack of servility, high reproductive rate, and violent tendencies. When most of the cat-people are banished by the other wizards, Ebrok's original two creations, Flavius and Helene escape the purge by devising a magical glamour to hide as humans, then work towards making their people more compatible with humanity. When Orann, one of the other wizards finds out about them, he kills Ebrok. Flavius retaliates by throwing a potion at Orann, which sends him fleeing out into town where he inadvertently spreads a new strain of Black Death. Flavius and Helene then set off to live in hiding while they research the solution to their problems and find a cure for the plague they accidentally unleashed.
Diverging from Avengers #212, the Wasp is a few seconds too late to save Yellowjacket from being crushed by a truck hurled by the Elfqueen. She blames Captain America for his death since he alerted Elfqueen to Hank's sneak attack and animosity is fueled when the account of the battle Cap releases to the press reveals Hank's dishonorable tactics. In her anger, Jan takes to moonlighting as the Black Wasp, brutally attacking criminals wherever she can find them and leading the other Avengers to worry about what's become of her. During a rescue operation at a burning building, Jan contemplates letting Cap get crushed by falling debris, but Tigra leaps in to rescue him and take the hit in his place. Ashamed, Jan reflects on her reaction to Hank's death and voluntarily resigns from the Avengers. (description by marvel.fandom.com)

50 years in the future (2032 in story), the Vision and the Scarlet Witch have moved back into Avengers Mansion for Wanda's last days. She's suffering from a terminal illness, but is happy to spend her remaining time among friends and cherished memories. The Vision tells her of his plans to deactivate himself upon her passing, but she refuses to let him take that path. When Wanda's final hours approach, Jocasta distracts the Vision long enough to take her down to the lab and initiate a mind transfer to switch bodies. Jocasta had always envied Wanda and the Vision's love as well as the human experience, and with her final sacrifice she allows that love to continue while briefly living in a human body of her own.
30 years in a future where Sharon Carter had not died in Captain America #233, she has made a family with Steve Rogers, but Captain America continues to fight with the New Avengers even though age is catching up with him and Sharon and their sons want him to retire while he can. One day, while Cap is out fighting a gang on Punk Row, the Red Skull abducts Rogers' family to lure him into his final trap. The Skull informs Cap that he's living on borrowed time due to an experimental rejuvenation serum and has implanted a bomb in his chest as security while he toys with his adversary. When it looks like Cap is on the ropes, the Skull introduces the son he raised to take his place during the two decades he pretended to be dead to taunt Captain America, but that's when Cap reveals he was playing possum and nearly defeats the new Red Skull. The younger Skull escapes by killing his own father to set off the bomb (which his father applauds with his last breath), but Cap manages to defuse the bomb with a shield toss that overcomes his recently faltering aim. With the menace of the new Red Skull still at large, Sharon gives Steve her blessing to continue fighting as Captain America.
30 years in a future where the Black Widow led a successful Russian Revolution and became the President of the new Russian Republic, she pays a visit to the United Nations and meets with Vice President Foggy Nelson and his Domestic Affairs Advisor, Matt Murdock. Despite the reunion, Matt is feeling down since the recent death of his (unspecified) wife. When sleeper agents working for the Kingpin of International Terrorism attack the UN assembly, Matt and Natasha both don their old costumes to combat the threat, eventually facing off against the Kingpin, their long-thought-dead foe, Wilson Fisk. When it's all over, Daredevil realizes he's felt more alive than he has in years and sees how he can move on from loss. (description by marvel.fandom.com)
