This is the first issue of Frank Miller and JRJR's compelling re-imagination of Daredevil's origin story. It's told in a way that incorporates Elektra's history with Matt Murdock. It's a beautiful story with amazing art. There are 58 ss books on the census in a 9.8.

This one has such a brilliant cover. The sketched lines that establish Daredevil's chest, symbol and horns are beautifully drawn. Though I always thought maybe Elektra needs a coat. She's got to be cold in that outfit in the snow! There are 26 signed copies on the census.

I've always thought this cover was so interesting. JRJR is credited with penciling it, but Daredevil -- and his right hand in particular -- really reflect a Miller influence. I love that they departed from the black cover on this one, which has 28 signed books on the census at 9.8.
