Spider-Man gets his 2nd ongoing title! Ok, the Human Torch had a few issues but this was really Spidey's book.

Here our heroes take on the Sandman in his headgear outfit.

I love this black picture-frame cover! Picked it up raw decades ago and it was one of the first books I had graded. Love it!
