There were specific Canadian Newsstand Editions for issues #64 to #106 and for Annuals #2 and #3.
Of interest:
- The Newsstand Edition of issue #63 included the only the 60 cent cover price (for both Canada and the USA). The Newsstand Edition; and
- The Newsstand Edition of issue #107 included both Canadian Cover Price of 95 cents and the US cover price of 75 cents at the same time (like a direct market book but with a UPC symbol).
