I first found the work of LB Cole here on the boards and I was immediately hooked. For a few decades now I've been collecting anything that he's produced and I've amassed quite a collection. This is a set of my LB Cole books that I have graded so far. They may not be high grade, but they are all mine! Cole did a wide variety of genres, and I'm going after them all. This is something I've been working on for over 20 years - a complete LB Cole cover collection. Some may call this a bit insane, but hey - that's collecting! At the moment I've got about 195 books in this set and I have another 200+ to get graded still.






Here the order for the books is alphabetical, but in my custom set it's totally random. It wasn't easy to pick which covers to feature in this description, but in the end I had to take the Four Favorites because it is Cole's very first comic cover. I'll follow it up with best copy of Mask Comics just because it's the biggest "must have" Cole cover.






Cole's romance books are very highly sought after, and for good reason. I picked one of my personal favorites to feature here, but there's a lot more below! What's your favorite? Post or comment about it in the LB Cole thread in the golden age section or drop me a PM!






Cole did a bunch of other things besides comics too. There's a bunch of pulps he did covers for and I even have some oversized coloring books he did later on for topics including outer space and even grocery shopping! I love the odd stuff!
