That's the tagline for this series, and it was a major point in the MU. I've got this one for my Hobgoblin / Jack O'Lantern set as this was the death of the second person to wear the pumpkin helmet, Steven Mark Levins. The Punisher goes ballistic saving Spider-Man and kills not only Jack O'Lantern but also the Jester.
I thought that maybe it was Jack's head on the corner of the cover, but the back cover has the Green Goblin throwing pumpkin bombs as Spidey so it's likely one of those. It's one of the downsides of this 1/2 image wrap cover. But hey - it's still a pumpkin on the cover so it's cool!
